2. Notice Period for Resignation
Employees who wish to resign must provide the company with a notice period of 30 days. This ensures a smooth transition and allows the company to manage ongoing projects effectively.

In case of termination initiated by Growth Sailor, compensation for the final month of employment will be processed and disbursed on the 10th of the next month.
4. Return of Company Assets
Upon resignation or termination, all company-owned assets (e.g., laptops, phones, documents, and other resources) must be returned to Growth Sailor in proper working condition. Failure to return assets may result in legal action or deductions from final compensation.
5. Flexible Onsite Requirements
Employees may be required to attend in-person meetings or come to the office as needed. Notice will be provided for any mandatory in-person meetings or office attendance.
6. Sick Leave Policy
Each employee is entitled to one sick leave per month. Additional sick leaves will be treated as unpaid leave, except under extraordinary circumstances approved by management.
7. Additional Leave Policy
Any additional leave beyond the permitted sick leave will be deducted from the employee’s monthly salary, excluding Sundays.
8. Work Schedule
Growth Sailor operates a six-day work week:
Work from Office (WFO): 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
