The brief
Premium positioning is mostly restraint, and restraint is hard to hold when every competitor is shouting discounts. The salon needed to look like a destination, not a deal.
What we built
A quieter visual language — generous space, considered type, controlled colour — extended into membership cards and service campaigns so the premium promise survives the moment of payment.
Why it works
The visual restraint is what lets a local business charge like a destination. Members feel like members, and the feed sets the price expectation before anyone walks in.
